Thank you so much

When we found ourselves needing a one on one care taker for my mother in law while out of town, Yuster took care of us and had everything set up in less than 30 min. Then again when we needed to extend care last minute, it was again figured out. While this time has been so stressful for us, this agency has been kind, helpful and has gone above and beyond to help our family! I have so much appreciation ❤️

Hope you are doing well. I really don’t have enough words for what you and your team have done for me and my Dad over the past 2 ½ months. When I hired you, I assumed I’d only need your services for a few weeks. That turned into over 2 months of services! I had no idea what would transpire. My Dad is a different person today partly due to the care and attention that you and your team have provided for my Dad. I am forever thankful. This was such a difficult tough time for me and knowing he had the extra one on one care helped me rest easier knowing he was safe. Please thank your team for me and send them my deep appreciation and gratitude. Favour is an angel. She is an extra special person that has a true gift to help and care for people with Alzheimer’s. Since she was one of the main aides with my Dad during the day, she was often the aide that was with my Dad when I would visit during the day so I got to know her the best. Things got off to a shaky start with Emmanuel, but he is an amazing man and cared for my Dad with such heart. They even ended up being quite friendly which was nice to see. I didn’t get to know Sidone, Bernice & Primrose as much, but they were all wonderful as well, always having my Dad’s care and safety as their priority. They are all very special humans. An extra thanks to you for visiting and caring for my Dad as well, checking in on him from time to time to be sure he was ok. You were always available when needed and always got back to me quickly. It is very apparent that you love what you do and want to help people. You have a very big heart and it shines through! I am very happy that I have gotten to know you and have your contact information in case I ever need your services again. It gives me piece of mind knowing that you are there and respond quickly to your client’s needs. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

Yuster and her team came to our aid on very short notice when my mother's needs became more than her memory unit facility could provide. Her people were very capable and immediately took charge of her care, effectively coordinating care with the resident staff. I will always be grateful for the care that they gave my mom during the end of her life. Chris

I have only praise for the services Truly Cherished provided for my mother and family. On a 4:30 Friday afternoon, the hospital informed us mom would be released into hospice on Monday and we needed to arrange for 24/7 care at her assisted living - The Residence at Riversbend. They recommended Truly Cherished and within one hour, Yuster was able to confirm 24/7 care. Simply unbelievable. The aides were loving, caring and attentive to my mother ensuring she was comfortable at all times. They were also very supportive and caring for all of us who were there for mom in her last days. Truly Cherished stayed in constant communication with the aides, our hospice service and the assisted living residence all working collaboratively to support mom. There flexibility to adapt to changing medical orders was impressive. I am truly grateful for all that they did and would not hesitate to use them again.

I was fortunate to have worked with this team for my mom and was treated like family out of the gate. My mom felt cared for and the communication was prompt and professional. Thanks for taking good care of us!

We feel so fortunate to have found Truly Cherished Home Care during my mother’s recent illness. She needed 24-hour home care while she was in hospice. Yuster and her team were able to assist us on short notice due to an abrupt hospital discharge. She went above and beyond to help facilitate the transition from hospital to home hospice. Yuster and her team were very responsive and were available day and night to assist us with any issues. The in-home care team provided my mother with excellent care. Yuster demonstrates impeccable leadership with her team and is always willing to lend a helping hand. She is honest, hard-working, and she does a great job of teaching her team to demonstrate the same qualities. She is quick to respond to inquiries and her agency plays such an important role in the well-being of our geriatric population!
